Who ever it is I don't think he will be the
starting Center...Andrew Donnal is also an option because he has played every position on the Offensive Line besides Center so he's worth more than a nickle from the neck up. IMO, Rams still will sign a veteran, but I believe McVay made that statement because every Head Coach wants his Offensive Linemen versatile and having someone that can do that makes it easier to keep him active on game day.
Once he Trumaine Johnson scenario gets settled I would not be shocked if the Rams made an offer to Bills OL Ryan Groy that the Bills don't match and being 27 and several games under his belt, Groy is the starting center moving forward.
