Snead was working with Fisher's vision. Which a good GM should do.

Early on, I get the impression that Snead is operating differently than he would have done were Fisher to still be in charge. .

I saw that too. Les is different this year. I am not sure I would describe it exactly the way you do, though I have no real disagreement with how you describe it, but, from what I have seen he is acting on a different level. I think that reflects the new dynamic, where he is the veteran now and the coach is the beginner. I get the impression that being in that position energizes him.

I get the impression that Snead operates better when not constrained by Fisher.
.

Of course you do. cool smiley For one thing, you buy into the "constrained" narrative.

Meanwhile I get a different impression.

Of course you do, zn. I already knew that.

It's cool.

We're both simply expressing our own sincere opinions, that's all.

But let me ask you this. If Fisher were still around, do you really think that we would have seen the Hayes trade and the releases of Barnes, Kendricks, and Sims?

Or the allowing of Britt and Quick to walk?

Me neither...

Snead and McVay are operating like a fine tuned machine right now.
