I get what you're saying and offensive help is needed. But you also can't force the draft- especially without a 1st round pick. Right now I believe a WR, DE or CB would make the most sense at #37. Subject to change...
At CB, if a run on WRs happens in the top 35 but a CB considered a top 25-30 overall player is still there I don't think you bypass him. And if Johnson is franchised again you're looking at him, Joyner and Gaines all being UFAs in 2018. So in the long(er) run drafting a CB at 37 could be a very smart move (and good value).
