Sure hope so. The problem is players may look at the 4-12 record and lack of a first rounder about as much as McVay's future. Gurley took two steps back. Goff looked like a rookie and didn't impress. Our offense was the worst. Usually players go for the top $. If there are two competing offers then it comes down to winning, coaches and location. I don't know if potential FAs will dismiss the almighty dollar to come to LA, but I don't think our coaching staff is a detriment any more.
