This one makes no sense at all...bring back Ben Sirmans for god sake...the guy Fisher let go after coaching Gurley to rookie of the year honors.
What it probably means is, having looked at some film...they don't hold the RB coach responsible for what went wrong in the run game.
It doesn't mean there's no accountibility. It probably does mean their assessment of the situation doesn't end up putting blame on the position coach.
On this I will trust them.
On this they just plain no doubt know more than posters like us could.
Either that or posters know more than an offensive-trained head coach does, which would be a really really bad sign.

Honestly I don't know how they look at the film and think Gurley was playing up to his potential....game after game after game he would not see holes and usually go down after first contact...
I realize the offense was pathetic, but I think clearing that entire staff would have been appropriate.
Are you certain that's all a coach would see?
