But he's going to cost draft picks, which the Rams simply don't have the luxury to give up at this point.

It's Goff or bust I'm afraid.

I would like to see them bring in a veteran backup as a free agent that could help Goff learn. Maybe Matt Schaub or maybe even Fitzharvard. If not a grizzled vet like that, one free agent QB that's younger that I'd have interest in is Ryan Nassib. Nobody knows what he can do since he's sat behind Eli for a few years, but I was intrigued by him coming into the league and he's the kind of guy who just might end up a really good QB if he ever gets the chance.
