I think it's realistically between Shanny and McDaniels with McVay as the dark horse.
If Denver doesn't hire Joseph this week, who is free now that Miami lost, then I think they are hiring Shanny. Elway already met with Shanny so he know if he's the guy. So I think we'll know before Rams interview Shanny whether we got a shot at him or not.
The longer we don't hear Joseph going to Denver then chances are Shanny goes to Denver, and McDaniels likely goes to LA. That's how I would handicap it. Worst case is McDaniels chooses SF and we end up with McVay.
I think Kroenke and Demoff have seen first hand what happens when you draft a QB #1 overall and you put him under a guy who knows nothing about QB play. Bradford suffered from it under Spags. And it didn't help that he kept getting new OCs which is what happens more often when you have a defensive minded coach. We saw the effects on Goff with the mess that Fisher created on offense. So I'm sticking with the Rams hiring one of the offensive guys, McD, Shanny, or McV, in that order.
