Some guys are just always going to be assistants because they're not the leadership type.
Things didn't fare well at all with Denver or St. Louis.
It's a given that a man can learn from his mistakes.
But I think he's in some ways like Lane Kiffin. Kiffin just seems to rub people the wrong way eventually, and relies on the ability of others to create the right atmosphere and chemistry. I had heard things were already starting to go south at Alabama due to personality issues.
The man has talent and ability; but so does Mike Martz. And apparently both of them don't play nice enough with others for things to work out for very long.
I think the Rams would be taking a huge risk to take a second bite of this particular apple.
