Funny how something's just stick in your mind...that was one of them.
I was listening to it on Sirius in my car as I was pulling into work...I waited in my car for them to make the pick. Excited that they had they're chance at the first WR taken in the draft and was excited to hear DeSean Jackson's name called.......when they announced Donny Avery I immediately turned the car off and sat there in shock before gathering myself and headed into work a bit pissed off.
Out of all the picks before and since then, that was the most WTF? Moment I can remember in my lifetime.
