McVay has been on the NFL radar for a while. To me, a guy with fire, energy and discipline is the perfect fit for this team. I also love the idea that he thinks "outside the box" with his offense and is able to change it up week to week. That is IMPORTANT!!!! Keep the offense simple, but use formations to make it look complicated. Then, add a wrinkle each week so teams do not know what is coming next.

My list for now.................is down to 4-5.
