The other combo that would pique my interest is Chris Ballard / Dave Taub as GM/HC.

Shoot the Rams can have a 34 year old GM and a 30 year old HC if they hire Sean Mcvay.

Okay I'm being a bit of a smart ass.... I could be way off base and both of these guys could be the best long term hires over the next 15 years....

I'm not against the diaper dandy youth movement, though it is crazy that both of them at their age are considered candidates at the GM and HC posiitions in the NFL.
