Next year this could be a 10-12 win team with good QB play. Can Goff do that? If he does Fisher may want to take a shot.
But as you mention there are other moving parts so to speak.
If the team looks good closing out the year he may develop an itch, and if he is here next year and Goff and the O are at least supporting the D the whole picture changes.
Like I said in an earlier post I wouldn't wager on any of the different possibilities, there is so many different things that could happen.
