If true it means everyone, including the owner, is on board with the decision to only play the guy when ready. And I suspect "they all" had the say on giving up the draft choices and choosing him number one. I also suspect that the top of the organization has as much to do with this issue as anyone. My point in the post is that just maybe the coach should not be the only person in the organization to focus on if the troubles in the QB position continues. Its just much easier to focus on the H.C.-and its always been that way.

Not blaming you waterfield but this totally contradicts what he told me.

I stand by what I posted 1000%!!
