You still however have no real response to the fact that the 1st 2 games were more heavily penalized than what followed.
....
I never denied that the 1st 2 games were more heavily penalized than what followed. The point of my post was that over Fisher's entire tenure penalties have been a major factor in his compiling a losing record: Hence, the name of the thread.
"Fisher = penalties = losing record." You were the one who referenced "the last 3 games". I factored those first two games as well as the three games you referenced as well as every single game coached for the Rams by JF.
They are not "backsliding", they are - as my statistics listing their penalties over the last 5 year pointed out - consistently committing more penalties than 3/4th of the rest of the league.
The difference between picking games and cherry picking games is when you cite only games that will help make your point, and that's what you did. You never mentioned those first two games when trying to illustrate that the Rams were "improving". And "improving" to 17th over those 3 games is not much of an improvement.
Anyone can pick certain games to show they are improving or backsliding, but when you view it in the context of an entire season (as most people do) my point stands: The Rams commit too many penalties and that all comes back to Fisher.

You seem to find solace when the Rams play well in certain streaks. I view the season in its entirety. I guess that's just the difference between the way you and I view things.
