We just draft or pick people from their initial ability but have no way of taking them to the next level....and if they can do that it takes years and tears to do......Just because Mannion is not making the field IMO does not mean he can't do it......too many people think that we have smart people in position to make these guys step up....if they don't do it it's because the players are not worthy.....
IMO it's the staff who holds people back....not just because they don't make the field....but because there is very poor development going on.....
Mannion is a bit off in this thought because simply put they drafted a guy and put alot of the future in it with Goff....My question would be why did you waste a 3rd pick in Sean last year and just not even see what he has....maybe because they have no one on staff who can be able to make him a player....by the way those same people are in charge with Goff......how about that?
