Thats what I would do too.
Just Switch Saffold and GR.
Saffold was drafted as a LT and did reasonably well there. GR was thought to be a superior run blocker and not so good in pass protection. So far this has been valdidated.
So Switch them and get them to the Position of their respective natural strength.
