truth be told I am not so jazzed about him as a punt returner either. sure he breaks one from time to time but the way he catches it loses ground and then decides to take off is rarely successful. I think he has an inflated opinion on his speed and escapability. I wouldn't mind seeing Cooper take over the roll though I am sure he won't because this might be the only way to justify TA's raise in salary. Even when the defense holds and the Rams should have good field position, Austin rarely maximizes the opportunities. He is feast or famine, mostly famine. I might sacrifice the occasional to the house return if it meant getting better returns on average.
