I think there are a number of things he could be upset about. Being taken out on 3rd downs probably is one of them. Another could be the defenses crowding the line of scrimmage because the game plan or Keenum doesn't back them off.
He's not had anywhere to go, so I don't think he can be disappointed in himself but perhaps I'm sure he's disappointed in the production.
I think we're all frustrated with the offense. He probably thought the offense would take a few steps forward but it seems to have regressed from even the pitiful state it was in last season.
To be honest I think he is angry and he could point to the OL, the play calling, coaching and game planning or even himself.
He said they needed to execute. And you can't have a big game every game. The audio was hard to hear on my phone so I'm not sure if he said anything condemning anyone. I didn't hear anything that would lead me to believe he feels trapped or said anything politically incorrect.
Edit: Listening to it without watching his reactions, it seems like he is frustrated with the execution and the lack of production and scoring on offense. It also sounds like the last thing he feels like doing is answering questions. I don't think there is any more to it than that.
