Fisher had publicly declared that a 7-9 record is pure bs. Nobody has ever so blatantly set this as a benchmark for putridness. Those words will haunt him, particularly if the media has the stones to call him out on those very words. How can you you defend that record (or worse) after saying such before the sports world?
