We thought Gurley would be featured more in the passing game but they gave up pretty much after the high pass from Keenum was dropped by TG in the first drive.
No wheel routes or creative screens or 7 yard curl/seem patterns. The truth to the story is Keenum got people believing because of one decent game vs the Bucs and his inflated W-L record of 3-1 to end the year. The Defense/Gurley and good fortunes carried the weight in those games. Keenum had a couple good tosses to Britt was far from the reason they went 3-1.
The stats don't lie too often and Keenum has been well below average when you look closer at his last 5 starts.
