So, unless they have something in mind that is more than a gimmick, keep him inside, maybe pair him with Easley in nickel inside.
However, in 2012-2013 Hayes was excellent inside in the nickel, when we went with 4 DEs. So, maybe there is some times when switching Hayes and Donald makes sense. Usually, though, tackles are better pass blockers than guards, so why put Donald as A DE over a tackle if thta tackles is a better pass blocker than who he'd face inside?
They can still double team him when he's at end, too. They key is they cannot double everyone and if you have 3 excelletn rushers and one guy to rush softer but watch for draws and screens---you will have good rush
