eating a Coaches contract, should it come to that, is almost par for the course today, isn't it? And the $ amount we're talking about here is negligible for owners today.

I don't know what Kroenke is thinking... but it wouldn't surprise me in the least that 'as an owner' providing something that has the appearance of 'confidence' and possibly giving the team 'stability' is worth risking a few mil here or there. - JamesJM
