I am surprised as well that the color man isn't an ex-Ram but these guys are worried about quality broadcast not autograph sessions outside the booth.
Have you ever listened to Jim Everett talk? Nice guy but he's not listenable.
Vince Ferragamo would have been a great choice. He does many high school games up this way and he's glib and easy going. Very smooth broadcaster too.
Dickerson? Jury is out.
Farr I think would have been a good choice but many who have listened to him over the years say he's corny with his jokes.
