A few random thoughts

I like the hiring of all these young, bright and ambitious coaches. I think McVay will feed of the energy this creates.

It made me think of stories about how a young Silicon valley overtook the N.E. with young ambitious coders etc meeting in bars/cafes and sharing ideas and problems together.

The shuffling fallout of coaches from O'Connell also being QB coach intrigues me. Firstly Waldron can support O'Connell better with passing game install/new concept development.

While I really like the idea of Zac Robinson working with the WR. I like the idea as they can get more a QB's take on routes and little nuances that might elevate their game further!



Lastly it just struck me, that McVay and Shanahan, Kingsbury and McVay are tight (Don't know about Shanahan and Kingsbury)..... but Carroll is the odd one out here in this division, unless I've missed a connection? That's three great offensive minds to share thoughts to work over the Seahags! I like that!
