Probably not. But with them almost certainly taking their franchise QB in the draft, I'd at least ask. Howell seems like the type of QB McVay could work with long term.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Could've been a vet coach on the staff with plenty of experience coaching special teams and was the interim HC for Carolina this past season. But I guess they are keeping Blackburn.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Picking #2 in the draft, so you're getting a top QB. They have a ton of cap space and a new GM from SF that should know what he's doing. I think it would've been a great opportunity.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Has experience as DC with Denver and Carolina and has had success. Also has background with McVay. Easy choice for me. Just might have competition with Green Bay now.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
That's the type of RB I'd like paired with Williams.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
He implied they didn't want to build their team like the Rams. Well how is that working out for you? Still haven't been to a Super Bowl. They are going to be $40mil over the salary cap next season. Won't be able to add any players. And good thing they paid Von Miller all that money.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills I am by no means dismissing Baltimore do you think Mahomes and read are going to break out that Stafford Rams tape against them :lol3 That would be a good tape to watch. But the Chiefs don't have as near as good WR's the Rams have.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Something just to remember if Baltimore wins the early game (which I think they will).by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Burns was franchised last year. If Carolina wants to go that route again, they gotta pay even more. I think it might be around $25/mil. That's a lot to be counted towards the cap. Too much for Carolina.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
That would be my plan. AJ Dillon would be a nice complement to Kyren Williams. Big and physical.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
At least not to my knowledge. Meanwhile, Mayo is a defensive minded coach. This move wouldn't make much sense to me. Especially if they are drafting a QB top 3 in the draft. IMO, you want someone with experience play calling, and also working with QB's.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Played well enough that they should have won and the game should not have been close. But could not capitalize in the red zone. Missed FG. Couldn't generate any turnovers. There were 2 dropped easy INT's. It's almost like what could've happened if the Rams faced them in the NFCCG.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAlbaNY_Ram The projected tag for OL next year is $19,925,000. There is no distinction made among the various OL positions so the tag for a LT is the same as the tag for a LG, C, RG, or RT. I find that weird because they separate safety and cornerback, they separate DT and DE, they separate TE and WR ... but they put all OL in the same bucket. I'm just guessing but if he's going toby BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
That would be my pick, right now.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com

I'd rather draft a kicker. Maybe the kid from Stanford? Moody was taken in the 3rd last year. So maybe they need to start considering a kicker earlier. Maybe as early as the 4th.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
That's the best way to describe him.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
We never win a Super Bowl with Goff. He just wasn't good enough. I'm sick of hearing about him. But I'm not worried about it, because he will eventually get exposed for what he is. Not rooting for Detroit.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Rams gave up a 4th round pick for Dotson. He played at an elite level. They can't lose him. They need to pay him. You can't just let him walk and then hope you can find a close replacement. Good luck with that. He's 27 years old. The O-Line is critical to the teams success and keeping Stafford healthy. You don't let him walk.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Wouldn't mind seeing him come back. Doubt it would cost much. The type of TE they should be looking for.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
But a lot of those 14 darts did stick to the board and some were bulls-eye's. So not going to complain much about it.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
If Morris were to leave. And the odds are very good it would be someone from the outside.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Has good size, put up above-average numbers each year. Has the traits of a starting QB at the next level. Nobody is really talking about him... Yet.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
And they can probably get him in the 3rd round.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Have the ball last in the first half, get the ball first in the 2nd half.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
Is outside only as well. Why? Or at least build something with a retractable roof. Just an awful decision, IMO. And word has it, this game could get delayed again. Possibly to Tuesday.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com

Unlike Blackburn, Tabor has a ton of experience being a Special Teams coach. Tabor was the interim HC for the Panthers after Reich got fired. Maybe McVay should look for a more seasoned ST coach to bring some stability there.by BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com

Evero has already proven to be a successful DC with Denver and Carolina. I know Carolina just blocked Evero from interviewing with Jacksonville, but that doesn't mean in the near future they won't let him interview somewhere else. Especially if Carolina decides to hire a defensive minded coach, which is TBD. Henderson is a great D-Line coach, but he's an unknown at calling a defense. Everby BigGame81 - RamsFootballFans.com
