Snead shined tonight. His unconventional way of overdrafting positions to make sure a competent player is on the team so they are not taking one swing and missing works. That allows the team to fill another position, whether it’s a free agent or draft. Next year safety and cornerbacks should be the focus.by sfbayram - RamsFootballFans.com

yes Let’s hope Goff plays to his potential. The Rams have played much better against the cards and whiners. I think they played a limited game plan against the beagles and bears. Playing in a temporary stadium with lots of seats probably helps opponents fans get tickets. Once the Rams have their own stadium the crowd should be predominantly Rams fans. Can’t wait to see how much louder the crowd will be with the roof. The Raiders will probably always have lots of opponents fans in Vegas being a destination town.by sfbayram - RamsFootballFans.com

Defense I think the most key factor for rage defense will be tackling. If the Rams make gang tackle instead of arm tackles. Move their feet and square up and make sure tackles and help each other the defense will slow the pokes down and they out score them. And don’t give up long pass plays. I share your suspicions of how in some games (not just Ram games) the calls seemed to favor one team. Sometimes there are holding calls on the Rams and a replay would show the other team more blatantly holding and no call is made. The chiefs had a pretty tough first quarter against the Rams this year. Late flags always seem suspicious. The calls that upset me the most are when the Ramby sfbayram - RamsFootballFans.com

Without McVay they wouldn’t even have made the playoffs last year or had as good of a year this year so far. He has made some mistakes like not giving backups enough reps to be ready when the starters got worn down or injured, but that can be a learning experience. He hasn’t used the tight ends enough. He needs to retire if he can’t coach better than he has. Poor tacking and poor alignment are first things he needs to fix. Anyone loafing like lovey would say need to be replaced and letting defensive backfield line up 10+ yards from the line of scrimmage isn’t going to ever work.by sfbayram - RamsFootballFans.com
