I thought the Chiefs got reamed a little bit on two first down calls. The first one in the first quarter it looked pretty clear that Kelce got the first down. But he was marked short. That was weird because Andy Reid called the time out but never challenged the call so he lost the time out and he didn't get it overturned. The second was a similar situation in overtime but it was even more cleaby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
On second thought, if you go first and both teams score a touchdown or both teams score a field goal then it becomes sudden death and your first. I assume that's how it works and I think that might be the thinking behind going first.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Jackson Powers-Johnson Oregon I think the McVay system REQUIRES a solid OL, and I think adding a stud Center would be our best upgrade. Especially at a rookie price. OL stirs the drink for this team. Good OL leads to solid running game. McVays offense thrives when the running game is solid. Plus protecting Stafford is vital. We are going to have to pay AJ more on the RFA tag. I can't figure it out from context clues. Thanks so much for this - I love this type of analysis and we all know that the Rams get a lot of their guys from the Senior Bowl. It seems like they get some of their best players discovered here.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com

Did he wear them in college? Did he just find out he had bad eyesight and start wearing glasses and that's why he's so much better than anyone expected? Wild thing....by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I don't have an eye for talent, but he was better than average in pass blocking and decent in run blocking. If we had drafted him high 2nd round, would we still consider him less valuable? It seems like because he was an UDFA, we all just assume he's not that good. Our line was very good this year with him at LT - where is the problem? How much more do we gain from a 1st or 2nd round rookby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
For promoting a minority or female candidate from your own club to HC? Not being a smart ass, I really am curious. Either way, someone you developed has been promoted to HC.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
First, I think Puka is probably going to get the most attention. Second, Kupp is still outstanding. He is due for a big game.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I am going to say the O/U on annoying comments made by CC is set at 25. And at least a dozen times I will hear myself saying: "Shut up Chris Collinsworth, no one loves you." My poor girlfriend gets to hear that a lot.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com

So I am wondering. Clearly no one knows Goff's weaknesses better than McVay. There was a reason we moved away from him. Does McVay spend part of the week working with Raheem on how to take advantage of Goff's weaknesses. Does this potentially give us a real edge in game planning on defense? It is rare for a team to know their opposing QB so well. The question is -can we take advantaby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com

Thanks for sharing. I have been a Rams fan since roughly 1972. 1979 was super exciting. Of course I lived in Iowa, so barely got any coverage and almost never saw a game. But I was a solid, every week fan from the beginning. The 90's were rough, but 1999 was far and away the best and funnest season to be a Rams fan ever. So exciting. I hated our chances playing the Packers at Lambeau in January. Luckily the 49ers went there and beat them, allowing us the chance to beat the 49ers in the NFC Championship game. Wouldn't it be cool if the Packers knocked off the Cowboys next week, then got their revenge by beating the 49ers in the divisional round? Then we could beat the Packers easily in the NFC Championship game! I knowby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I kept waiting for us to benefit from a ridiculous call by the refs, but I never saw it. Maybe they did it by ignoring Kendricks.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Is he perfect? Far from it. Has his playcalling cost us games? Undoubtedly. But to take a roster this young and inexperienced, start out slow at 3-6, then continue working ( work works) and developing and growing the players until we come in and finish out the season 7-1, with our only loss in OT to the best team in football? I mean, Wentz is very different from Stafford and he offers the threat of a running QB. Do you bring him in here and there on 3rd and 2? Make the other team think about one more thing? Maybe bring him in for the 4 minute drill? Probably the answer is stick with the guy that brung you. But still, I have to think there may have been a reason McVay showcased his running so much in the 2nby RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com

With this secondary? Am I the only person who's noticed that if you just go back and throw long passes you can have explosive plays all day long on our secondary? I'm not sure why anyone does anything else That haven't been said we are in the playoffs and won six out of seven so we must be doing something right.by RantoulRam - Game Time Forum
He doesn't even go through one progression he's simply chooses somebody before the snap and stares at them and throws the ball to them which is generally defense by the defense who can clearly tell it's coming. This guy was a starting quarterback? Not to mention how bad he's missing people. He can go right back to his couch. Any chance we could get Ryan Fitzpatrick for the playoffs? :-)by RantoulRam - Game Time Forum

without the fumbles and missed kick. This team has been playing surprisingly well in stretches, but then with weird breakdowns due to playcalling, allowing big plays, getting FGs instead of TDs. I would just love to see the team put it all together in the same game. This Rams team playing at its best beats this Saints team playing at its best by 8-10 points. Just hope we play our best.by RantoulRam - RamsFootballFans.com
