An offset for Kupp...per ESPN TEMPE, Ariz. -- Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Christian Kirk was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Saturday, one day before their win-or-go-home game against the Los Angeles Rams. Kirk was at practice Friday. He is the eighth Cardinal to be put on the reserve/COVID-19 list this season. His addition to the list likely means Kirk won't be able to play Sby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com

McVay is the coach...he can sit Goff any time. Goff is an issue but it goes beyond him. Shanahan seems to be able to get his team ready every week despite significant injuries. The key is get your team ready. McVay's offense does not show up if the opponent takes away our outside zone. Maybe its the players but again I see the 49ers (who I despise) plug in guys off the street and compete likby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
That game last week is hard to get over...a real confidence shaker. On top of that the Seahawks will be much healthier then they were when we faced them earlier this year. Rams will really need to bring it and execute like they did against New England.by DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
True...but not unlike yesterday the underdog is playing with much more energy. Steelers are asleep...maybe they will rally in the second half.by DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com

Akers is a former HS quarterback. He is a great candidate for a half-back pass option. Do you think this is on McVay's radar or is he saving it for a critical moment?by DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
That is awesome...if we get to a point where fans can attend games I will plan a trip to attend a game and get a cut at Sals while I them there. Can't come soon enoughby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
He references the Rams and Bills games as showing the same trends...all tough defenses. I am sure they will roll the Jets tomorrow. Their trip to Washington next week could be telling. Long road trip and tough D.by DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Take a look at this video. While we are building momentum the Seahawks need to fix issues with their QB. He was so hot at the beginning but this would suggest defenses have caught up with him. Has Russ lost his recipe to "cook"?by DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Agree...regardless of who starts proven depth in the play-offs is a plusby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Congrats on a great prime time win! Going forward I think things are setting up positively for us: 1. Two confidence building wins in a row 2. Mini- bye 3. Two of three next games at home 4. Rapp, Kiser and Whitworth likely to return prior to the play-offs 5. Power running game is real 6. Akers has emerged and will likely be the freshest number one back in the play-offs 7. This needs to be classic team victory. The Patriots are good at identifying weaknesses and exploiting them. All 22 need to be ready and do their job. The Patriots will try to take away the run and be physical with our receivers. They want to win the early downs and bring pressure on third down. Goff has to be on point but the other 10 need to win their battles or he will be eating the ballby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Time for a double RYE on the rocks! Rams off short week and although 49ers not at full strength they were off a bye and had an influx of players. Shanahan clearly has McVay's number. Kupp was a non factor and the other skill players could not make up for his lack of production. The running game was not effective until the one Akers run. There were plays where clearly no one was open. I see quitby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
Would appear to be very good news... Sean McVay says he was told late last night that a player and a staff member tested positive for COVID-19. Both re-tested and were negative, then re-tested a third time and were negative. Made practice all-virtual as added precaution and in part give players a little more rest.by DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I saw the report too. It was Susy Kolber saying the Rams would also be without their center. She did not mention Blythe and I beleive she was referencing Allen not knowing he is a back-upby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I like to read articles on our upcoming competition. This one is interesting and would indicate the Rams should emphasize the pass versus the run. Take a lookby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
I am nervous about the logistics also. The short week and travel I believe the Rams can handle. Mostly, I am worried about whether the two weeks Miami has had to prepare and if they come out with something the Rams have trouble adjusting to. Hopefully McVay has them ready and they play "all out" knowing they have their bye the following week. Go Rams!by DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com

Thanks for posting. This article reflects my optimism and reasoning for a very solid 2020/21 season. So may of the other articles lack insight into the Rams and paint last year as a disaster that will only get worse. No analysis of how close the Rams were to the play-offs (close games), Gurleys' lack of impact, nor the fact that OL was riddled with injuries. Agree, I recall a number of analysts saying at the end of last year that if the Rams make the playoffs no one will want to play them. Clearly they were only a play away from making that a reality. As far as this year... I was confident prior to the draft that if the injured OL and LB's came back healthy and continued to progress the Rams would once again be a team to contend with. For what its worth I didn't hear the short career narrative anywhere when the second contract was signed. This is clearly a result of 20/20 hind sight. Everyone knew he had a knee injury in college. Conversely, everyone also witnessed a monster start to his career. I would bet that had the Rams attempted to trade him at the beginning of 2018 teams would have line up to deal and the critics wouby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com

First a little about me. I have posted a few times but have been a faithful reader. My Rams background is I lived in Southern Cal until my parents moved to the SF Bay area in my highschool years where I had the distinction of being a Rams fan during the Montana years...not fun. I currently live in the Dallas area and have faithfully watched every Rams game since the inception of Direct TV. Nby DallasRam - RamsFootballFans.com
