There seems to be a campaign on -X- asserting the the 49ers are going to build an Australian fan base because they arrived in country a few days earlier. Seriously... who cares? I would say very little if anything. Probably just a statement about the Plaintiff's monetary motives, which have in factbeen publicized by Puka's counsel.

Yes, I'm a lawyer. Yes, I've seen some lawyers do pretty shady stuff. Ethical lawyers don't release evidence in advance of trial.

To be fair, it's a photograph. Whether it's "photographic evidence" and, if so, what facts it establishes, remain to be answered. Is it genuine and unenhanced? What was the context? Is there evidence of consensual behavior? The fact that there is not an active prosecution suggests that the answers to these questions are not so clear cut.
