Mike Zimmer: Adrian Peterson's knee injury thought to be minor - 8 years ago
MINNEAPOLIS -- Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson suffered a right knee injury and had to be helped to the locker room in the third quarter of a 17-14 victory over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. Peterson will get an MRI on the knee Monday morning. Coach Mike Zimmer said he wouldn't know the extent of the injury until Peterson had an MRI, but the coach didn't sound gravely concernby MamaRAMa - RamsFootballFans.com

Keenum also said he was overprepared, which makes no sense to me. I'd prefer not getting side-tracked by the triviality of what they're wearing on Sunday and focus on winning on Sunday. In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter what uniform they wear, but how they play. Yeah... they can wear your favorite colors and your favorite combination of jerseys and pants, but if they play like they did Monday night... is it really going to matter? A couple of years ago, I just stopped answering the phone for any incoming call from a number I don't recognize, any 800 or 855 number, and any local number that shows "Out of Area".
