I have used weed killer for the last time. - Today

Sprayed it on my Dollar Weed areas last week. The Dollar Weeds think its YUMMY because they have spread and gotten GREENER! Might as well have the weeds minus the chemicals. I bet the birds n squirrels will agree.

Wife and I splurged twice over the years and paid $$$ for "top of the line" no stick pans. Got a year out of one and hardly 4-5 months out of the second. And we are rather simple Cooks. How to squat / NOT to squat and what turns I can do. Just short of 24 hours, the cortisone shot and anti inflammatory PX has done wonders. But I'm still looking forward to getting proper PT and hopefully some healing. I REALLY do not want to be dependent on shots into the knee and PXs for relief. Not yet anyway. Hell. I don't like taking aspirin.

X Ray looked great. My knee joint is fine and has lots of cushion (THAT surprised me!) I figured it'd be questionable after years of flat feet pounding my knees. It's more than like ly a strained or torn meniscus. Getting an MRI on Friday.
