I understand keeping guys, loyalty, rewarding players, shelf life of a players career, wanting to build the reputation of being a franchise that takes care of players. Best Rams coach ever, love the guy. Hope he reflects and changes/improves, comes back and then this I might retire talk stops for good. That said, if Im Kroenke, I might prefer a new HC regardless. Its nice that Kroenke is unconditional in his support, but 2 years in a row of this - time for a new leader
