Saw this and thought it was worth sharing 3 college football games today that have 6 potential Rams 2022 draft prospects facing off. Oregon at Ohio State (FOX) (9:00 am PT) In the first of two PAC-12 versus BIG-10 matchups, this early contest pits the 12th-ranked Oregon Ducks against the third-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes. Why this one? Well, simply to catch a glimpse of Oregon edge rusher Kby HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
Saw this was posted earlier as "Lindsey Thiry tidbit". Sorry for the duplication if that bothers you. Lindsey Thiry @LindseyThiry The Rams have converted $2.475M of TE Tyler Higbee's base salary into a signing bonus, creating $1.65M in cap space. They now have just over $2 million in cap space.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
Here is an interesting article about that, I'd found that on an article about the Bears vs Rams earlier "...Interesting to see the Bears opening against the Rams. How did they fare over the years against Matthew Stafford when he played for the Lions? Matthew C. Rockford, Illinois The Bears are 9-11 all-time against Matthew Stafford, who has completed 63.6 percent of his passes foby HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
The coaching staff is a bit to blame for the pace players learn the offensive playbook in OTAs and training camp. They install plays and then practice that part of the offense until everyone is proficient. Some players learn quickly. Others need more time. Once that part is solid, they build on it with the next group of plays. RBs have it very easy. They either run with the ball or not. That'sby HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
I think Chris Garrett has serious upside, and I loved watching him against Denver. With both Obo and Terrell Lewis with questionable health, Garrett could get a solid amount of playing time.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
At the time he was drafted, he was going by Alaric Jackson. I was surprised that he wasn't drafted, to be honest. I think he started 42 games for the Iowa Hawkeyes at left tackle (they typically have great offensive linemen, so that was a great start). And he was dominant during his play there. He had a bad pro day and mixed results at the Senior Bowl. But apparently, he's gone vegan andby HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com

Yeah, I noticed that. I thought I'd read somewhere that is why the initial flurry stopped a 3 open PS slots. Don't get me wrong, I love the Hocker and Brooks pickups. But I'm guess that, just like 2020, one bad NFL team experience will send the Rams scrambling to sign PS players to the practice squad once more.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
I seldom am disappointed in the outcome when I'm nervous. I am sometimes disappointed in the outcome when I'm overly confident.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
Nice find article-wise. It seems that the Steelers wanted to pick him back up in several weeks, intending to further develop him for the secondary, but he signed on with the Rams instead. I love those AFC North DBs who the Rams sign. Darious Williams now Antoine Brooksby HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
Because he dropped his weight from 220 to 205 pounds for the Steelers. Apparently, he is more agile and fluid in his coverage ability as a result...by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com

No corresponding releases were necessary. The final three moves were all adding players to open slots. The Rams practice squad is now full, and any FUTURE move will require a corresponding release of a player. 16 players added, plus IPP Max Pircher.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com

This could be a worthwhile pickup, albeit on the practice squad for now. Antoine Brooks is a 2020 drafted defensive back who was a LB/S hybrid when first entering the league in 2020, at 5'11" and 220 lbs. He is now 205 lbs, and played very well for the Steelers. Unfortunately, they had too many good players at slot. Here's a write up about him from the Steelers' perspectiveby HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
We know that the Rams are at risk of multiple contracts expiring for offensive linemen in 2022. He is almost as good as a drafted offensive lineman. Coach him up this year and hopefully have him ready to compete for the OG role in 2022.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
Per his Pro Football reference stats, it appears that he was a special teams cover guy primarily for the Houston Texans. Since 2018, he has had 86 offensive snaps resulting in 21 rushes for 74 yards and three first downs. He's caught 1 of 2 passes for 3 yards. His main body of work appears to be on coverage units. He's had 795 snaps on special teams, and accounted for 16 tackles. He has noby HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
I wondered that myself earlier, particularly when the Rams stopped signing members of the practice squad at 13. But since then, the PS is up to 14 (plus Max Pircher). The Rams carried K, P, LS on the practice squad in 2020. Not sure if that's the plan in 2021 or not.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
Bears senior writer Larry Meyer posted some curious stats about Bears vs. Stafford in a May article: Chalk Talk: How have Bears fared vs. Stafford? "The Bears are 9-11 all-time against Matthew Stafford, who has completed 63.6 percent of his passes for 5,440 yards with 32 touchdowns, 23 interceptions, and an 86.3 passer rating against them. That's actually fewer TDs and more interceptionsby HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
I didn't realize it, but Philadelphia Eagles got Jordan Mailata from Australia in 2018 via the International Pathways Program as a former rugby player. In 2021, he's the Eagles starting left tackle. Max Pircher is a huge but raw offensive lineman from Italy in 2021 via the IPP. Hopefully, he pans out just as well for the Rams in a few years.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
Was hoping he'd sign on practice squad for Rams, as they'll need players at ILB in 2022.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
Ne'er a peep about him that I can find. Very surprising as he was definitely flashing potential.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
But surprisingly, Jordan Meredith did not get signed. He had the best OL score by PFF in the first preseason game.by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
In 2020, the Rams eventually went with an emergency long snapper, placekicker, and punter on the practice squad in case of a positive COVID-19 test with one of their starters. I wonder if that is why the team halted their practice squad signings to 13 (plus 1 IPP) players?by HornsUpRamily! - RamsFootballFans.com
