the lack of timely hits was a killer.....

even when the Dodgers were down 2 games to 1, I still thought that LA would easily win.... at that point they were 0-18 with runners in scoring positions... the law of averages was their side to get hits in RISP the rest of the series.......... even after SD's 5 run 7th inning in game 4, i was certain that LA would score with 6 outs to play.... Hader had recently struggled late in the season vs SF, thus, I thought the Dodgers would get to him... i didn't realize that Hader's closing record was that dominate at home...
