I simply do not handle vaccines well. My first Covid vaccine was the easiest and even that gave me chills for several hours (Luckily, I slept through most of that) I got my shot at about 9:15 this morning...the same time I got my Covid Booster. It was about 10 PM when it REALLY hit me. I did not have the shivers..I had full all out TREMBLES. I woke up close to Midnight because I thought my Wife was being silly and shaking me side to side. I dosed off finally and then woke up again to sweat running all over me. The next day, I was laaaaaaaaazy!
And like I said with the Flu Shot....... NOT GANNA DO IT! I still have people AND Doctors tell me... Nooo! It's harmless! They can go stick themselves and shove the needle somewhere else. I got my first Flu Shot in Boot Camp in Feb 1986. Two days later, Flu #1 ( A REAL treat in Boot Camp!) I got the Flu Shot every year from 1986 through 1993 . Through that time, I had four Flu bugs and two bad Stomach Viruses. Got my last Flu Shot around Jan 29 or 30 , 1993. By the 3rd or 4th of February, I had a Flu that lingered till $^$@$$ MARCH!! That was the last time I had the flu shot...........AND THE FLU! Go figure.
