There were no charges to attend any football games. Surprising since Dorsey is second in all high schools for having players eventually in the NFL. All the swim meets I've gone to for my grand daughter have never charged anything. But I did have to pay a small amount to see my grand son play soccer in H.S. even though there was like 12 people in the entire stadium. But I do believe that all high schools today are charging for attendance-and don't get me started on the Catholic schools and how they enjoy raiding the inner city schools of the most talented black players. When I was at Dorsey the inner city schools in L.A. actually ruled the country with notable players (in all three major sports). Today they are mostly ghost programs except for some still powerhouse schools like Long Beach Poly.
