That's believable..

If it was a military function that went to civil service, yeah, I totally get it.. The civil service thing is a wonderful way to get jobs to vets, but they allow vets with NO experience in sometimes COMPLICATED fields, to take a job with no training or experience.. In my office, it went from military to civilian and they hired 12 people to be computer programmers who had never programmed a day in their lives.. That was fortunate for me as I was the only person hired back because I was the only person who knew how to code..

That was almost 12 years ago and a few of the original hires are still there.. and several of them STILL do not know how to program... its kind of a joke...
