My parents and grandparents adored him, among many many others. I can remember looking at the album jackets and thinking he was so suave... he had a dark-complexion, but his skin was very smooth and I just loved the way he talked. I even remember his television show in the late 50's, I believe it was. I think I told you that I found an out of print CD of his album "Wild Is Love" and I ordered it several years ago. I remember listening to that album over and over when I was a kid in Germany and I knew the whole thing by heart. It was a "concept album" and I was about 9 years old. I fell in love with it and still love it to this day. One of my favorite memories is my mom and dad dancing together to Nat King Cole singing.

I have a lot of his stuff in my library but I think my favorite song by him is "That Sunday, That Summer".
