The guy who came by today is a ... BATHROOM guy. The fella who did the last remodel was a jack of all trades with remodels and made some mistakes. But the guy this morning said they were very common mistakes and not major deals....yet. I'm looking forward to having a shower that is easier to clean. It's JUST the shower area that is maybe 3X5 so I don't THINK it will be CRAZY expensive.
