And I fully believe this...
There are 'animal people'. By that I mean.. people that animals just gravitate towards with love and affection... MORE so than just the 'typical' fondness for people that most animals show for humans.
Animals flock to him, more than anyone else in my family. I mentioned this some time back about a cat we had that acted more like a dog in attaching herself to Ashton, (my grandson).
This morning my youngest grandson, my granddaughter, my daughter, and my son-in-law were outside playing with the dropped off dogs. Ashton got home from football practice and that was it... both dogs only want him. They had never met him. It almost brings my granddaughter to tears because she loves all animals instantly and when the animal dashes away to be with Ashton she is left brokenhearted.
I have never known this to fail. Dog, cat, whatever... they're going to adopt Ashton.
