Before then, I had seen nothing but scary stuff. All the stuff that came on Sat and Sunday afternoons, like the CLASSIC..."Earth VS The Flying Saucers" LOLOLOL It did not help that my 6 years older Brother was a Terrorist.......EVERY light in the sky was a a ship coming to kill us. Heck, he even pointed at Mars with it's reddish tint and said it was the Doomsday Machine from Star Trek and it was headed our way. By the time Close Encounters came around, I was 10 years old and over the scared stuff. But it made me wonder and think that it would be cool if there was indeed OTHERS out there.
