Has to be one of the most unhealthy things that can happen to someone. Imagine having people tell you how amazing you are everyday for years or even decades. I'm more shocked by the ones that seem to still hang on to reality.
This leads to something I was thinking about the other day. While many movie stars lose touch with reality it seems the worse cases over the years have been rock stars. Prince, Michael Jackson, Madonna, just to name a few. What do you think it is about that kind of fame that seems to drive them more crazy then say a famous actor or sports star?
