Re: Yvette Mimieux has passed away

I always thought Yvette Mimieux was such a beautiful woman. I did NOT know she was the first woman to bare her belly button on tv.
I remember the Dr. Kildare 2-part episode she was in. It was called "Tyger, Tyger" and she played a surfer who had epilepsy. She didn't let her seizures stop her from surfing but eventually, she had a seizure while surfing and drowned.

I think Dr. Kildare was in love with her and I was madly in love with HIM. I was 12.
