Won like a million Emmys. Was touted at the time -by cops-as being the most realistic drama about police work.
Would love to play the piano like that in the theme music you posted.
I saw every episode of that series over the years. The only issue I ever had with the series was the romantic relationship between the police captain (chief?) and his girlfriend a defense attorney. Like mixing oil and water.
Bosch has that realistic touch also-likely due to the fact that it was based on unsolved cold cases in the LAPD's Robbery Homicide Division ou of Hollywood. Now reading Connelly's latest Ballard and Bosch novel The Dark Hours about a killing in L.A. at midnight on New Years eve.
