I'm sorry that it appears to have gotten you again and hope that you fully recover soon.
It's kinda crazy how it can affect people so differently, huh?
I've had 3 people in my office impacted by it.
Two are newlywed ladies in their late 20's/early 30's who I'm sure would otherwise get vaccinated, but have been scared off due to fertility misinformation. Both got Covid during the Xmas break. One's symptoms sounds very similar to yours, but she recovered after only a couple of days. When I asked the other what symptoms she was feeling, she said,
Uhh...pretty much all of them. She hasn't been able to get out of bed in over a week.
The 3rd is fully vaxxed, but her daughter and fiance (who both live with her and are unvaxxed) got infected. Again, the fiance had mild symptoms, but her daughter had to take a trip to the ER. She wants to get vaccinated...now. My co-worker tested negative, but must now quarantine in her bedroom out of fear of being infected by her own kid!
We had our own family gathering on Xmas, but restricted it to those who were fully vaxxed. I also had everyone take a rapid test prior to coming over and 3 days later. Looks like we may have gotten through that period.
ETA: I forgot to mention a colleague (who I didn't know) in our San Diego office who died from it 3 weeks ago. He was unvaxxed and fairly vocal about. Well, he got sick and spent nearly two weeks in the hospital. He started to improve (enough so that his doctors set a release date), but he crashed. Was dead 48 hours later.
It's just crazy.
