There used to be one of those downtown Long Beach. When my wife and I were going together she worked as a waitress there. It was frequented by old, old, men and a few old, old women. And I'm no spring chicken (speaking of chicken). This was in the 60s and Barb only wore mini skirts. She would tell me that the patrons were the dirtiest, filthiest, men with their comments.
One night my two room mates and myself went to the restaurants to give her a bad time. She didn't like it. She came home with half eaten pie and threw it in my face. Irish temper !
