Especially the honesty. My Ex DOES have his address. I HAVE thought about writing him. I am even considering a Christmas card with maybe $100 cash as a gift and peace offering. I'm hoping to reestablish SOME communication with him. I honestly wish he'd simply call his Mom to just say Hello and I'm ok. It has really put her through emotional hell. She IS my Ex but she does not deserve this, especially after the strain she went through watching her Mother fade slowly. My oldest DID tell me that their Mom is thinking about a trip up there in a month or two. She has a friend who lives just outside of Philly that she wants to visit. While there, she's gonna drive to Walden.

I had another person tell me that their might be shame / awkwardness involved as to why he is hesitant to call. Sounds very logical. What stuns us all is that Joshua is USUALLY very very thoughtful of other peoples feelings and emotions. But he is one to be reluctant to act when concerned about trouble HIS way.
