I grew up with a workshop and lots of tools and stuff, so was always trying to build something.. just never had the parts for a soap box like that.. I did build a small wooden car to race in Boy Scouts - I forget what those were called, where all the small cars ran down steep thingamajig and the winner was crowned about ten yards down the track.. never did very well in that..
