I told you about hanging with the writer..

of Frasier, Cheers, and MASH and I brought that episode up, claiming it "kept it real" by keeping tragedy in a comedy show.. and the writer just laughed and laughed and told me McClean Stevenson got into a huge argument with the director or producer, in demanding a new contract making way more money, so the director or producer had him killed off so he couldn't return to the show.. lol

That was a fun week hanging with him in Mexico.. He has a blog and I just contacted him to ask if he was going to write for the Frasier reboot, and he said no.. bummer..
