Just watched MASH on TV Land. It was the death of Col Blake episode.

Man! That STILL gets me! The episode aired in March 1975. I probably did not see it for another 5-6 years. But even then, it was a punch in the gut. Pretty powerful at the end when Radar announces it. It was only 20 or so years ago that I heard the Producers kept his death a secret from the cast. When Radar makes the announcement, the shock was more realistic.
